The food for breakfast could have had a bit more variety.

We had a fantastic time at Hollow Meadow House! The hosts, Charles and Lucie, were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. They showed us around their stunning and beautifully preserved home, which we absolutely loved. Our room had a breathtaking view from the window and the bed was so comfortable, we didn't want to leave. Despite the cold winter weather, we had the best night's sleep. The location was also perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway, with picturesque views of the fields. We can't recommend staying here highly enough and we will definitely be returning!

I recently had a wonderful stay at this charming B&B. Hollow Meadow House offers plenty of space, character, and history. the hosts were incredibly welcoming and accommodating throughout my stay. the twin room I stayed in was beautifully decorated and had a spacious ensuite with a large shower. the beds were comfortable and I had the best night's sleep. the view from the bedroom window was stunning, even on a cold winter's day. the lovely breakfast served each morning, either in the garden or inside, was a delightful way to start the day. I can't recommend staying here highly enough and I'm already looking forward to returning. Cons: Nothing not to like 😊.

The house had a rustic charm with plenty of character and original features. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome. The location was beautiful, with stunning views of the countryside. We enjoyed exploring the nearby canal towpath and taking in the peaceful surroundings.
Driving locally at night required extra care due to the darkness and muddy roads. The continental breakfast provided limited choices and lacked variety.

The house was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful renovation that made it a sight to behold. The surrounding area was so peaceful, with breathtaking views of fields and the nearby canal. It was such a delight to watch the canal boats go by during our easy walks. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, going out of their way to accommodate our needs. They even allowed us to park our vintage car in their garage overnight, which was a great convenience.
One of the disappointing aspects was the breakfast. It was quite small and lacked variety, with no preserves or fresh juice available.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a beautiful farmhouse B&B surrounded by stunning countryside. The hosts, a warm and friendly family, made me feel right at home. The spacious bedroom was filled with character, boasting original features and a comfortable double bed. The ensuite bathroom was modern and luxurious, complete with L'Occitaine toiletries. Each morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast of Aga fried bacon and eggs, served at a large dining table. The attention to detail and love put into this place is truly commendable.
One small disappointment was the lack of hand soap and toiletries in the bathroom.
